MEET THE FOUNDER
HENRY PHILIPS RESIDENTIAL
I started my career in agency back in 2012 when I joined one of the prominent forces in the Estate Agency world at the time. I worked my way up the ranks and became the local go to agent in the area.
I then made the choice to join another agency where I was offered the option to transition into a management role. During my time in management I identified a number of recurring problems within the estate agency world namely, lack of communication, over promise under delivering, feeling like the client speaks to a different person every phone call, calls not being returned, the negotiator doing the viewings without knowing anything about the house or clients circumstances, feeling like they were told what they wanted to hear just to win the business and then being pressured to reduce the price. All of which I am keen to change.
I founded Henry Philips as I wanted to take the buying, selling, letting and renting process from being simply transactional to being based on relationship building where a personal, bespoke service can be delivered and promises made can always be fulfilled.
